Choir Vacancies

We currently have a number of vacancies available for soprano and alto. There is no need for an audition but appointment is on a trial basis (usually two/three rehearsals) to make sure we’re the right choir for you. The Elizabeth Singers is a mixed voice choir of between 12-16 singers. We rehearse on a Sunday evening from 5.15-6.45pm at St David’s Church, Ely, Cardiff, CF5 5BQ, with breaks in line with school holidays.

Members pay subscriptions on a yearly basis. This contributes to the costs of our Musical Director, rehearsal venue hire, and for the purchase of music. The yearly rate is £150 which can be paid in full when your membership of the choir has been confirmed. As we do not wish our membership fee to be a barrier for any prospective singers, discussions can take place around these fees with the choir’s treasurer.
